How to get notified about low balance

How to avoid service interruption?

In order to get service without interruption, you need to enable auto-recharge option from application menu Rates/Offers. You can securely save Visa/MasterCard data and set threshold and payment values for next transaction. Card sensitive data is stored in unrecoverable hashed format provided by payment processor after successful transaction. We do not store any card data in our claud. for This will help you to keep any purchased product, Tariff Plan or Virtual number to be active until you decide to terminate any.

I have positive balance, but can’t make any call

Our fraud detection team can block any specious accounts any time.

If you have provided an email address in your profile, we will email you instructions how to unblock it. Otherwise, please send your ID with photo and credit card front side holding in your hands. This procedure is a must to make our service stable and offer lower rates for our services.

How my calls are charged

Your calls are charged per minute bases. This means your call will be rounded to next round minute. No additional charges are applied.

How to redeem a voucher?

After purchasing a recharge voucher from you must redeem it mobile application.

  • Go to “Rates and Offers”
  • Tap on “Buy Credit”
  • Choose “Redeem Your Voucher” option
  • Enter code
  • Tap on redeem button

Your account will be recharged immediately.

I do not have credit/debit card, how to recharge?

At the moment we support the following payment systems which can be used without cards:

What is special offer or plan?

Special offers or plans are bundles of minutes offered at a fixed low price, usually valid for one month but it may be set to any other period (see plan details). At the moment the plans are non-recurring which means that when the period ends the plan will expire and the user will have to manually buy it for the next period.

The list of available offers is presented on the main screen, with the purchased offers marked as active. When you tap on a particular offer a new screen appears with the list of the operators covered. If the offer is not assigned to your account the “buy” button will appear. For active plans this button will be hidden and instead the expiration date will be shown.
Payments for the plans are deducted from your account. If there is not enough balance, you will receive a pop-up message, asking you to refill your YunGO account.

What is a virtual number or DID?

A virtual number, also known as DID or access number, is a telephone number without a directly associated telephone line. Usually these numbers are programmed to forward incoming calls to one of the pre-configured telephone numbers, chosen by the client; either Fixed, Mobile or VoIP.

How to dial an international number

Please use 00 or + sign before country code. There is no matter from country You are calling from. If you are using YunGO always use this rule.

How to recharge my account?

Please follow steps below to recharge your account:

  • Open main menu
  • Go to “Rates and Offers”

For Android users: Visa/MasterCard, PayPal and CashU and recharge packs from our web site via WebMoney, Yandex Money, Qiwi

Due to high quantity of fraud we may request address verification for PayPal payments.

To verify address, please send a scanned copy of the page in your passport with information of your registration or a scanned copy of your utility bills no longer than 3 months (we do not accept mobile phone bills) to [email protected] after your PayPal transaction. PayPal payments will be authorized only after registration address match with PayPal address.

I didn’t get my activation code via SMS or free call

If you didn’t get activation code via SMS (Some mobile operators can block international SMS), you still may request a free call where you will hear 4 digit code to insert into application. In case you failed to receive code via both methods, please send your mobile number and approximate registration date and time to [email protected] with subject Activation Code.

I am getting 503 Error while installing in Google Play

Fix 1 – Restart

First, give a power down and restart of your device a try. Be sure to power it completely off.

  1. Unlock the screen.
  2. Press and hold the “Power” button until a menu appears.
  3. Select “Power off“.
  4. Wait for the device to power off.
  5. Wait 10 seconds, then press and hold the “Power” button to power the device back on.

See if you can download items now.

Fix 2 – Clear App Data

If a power down didn’t fix your issue, try these steps.

1. Open “Settings“.

2. Select “Applications“.

3. Select “Manage Applications“.

4. Tap the “All” tab, then scroll down and select “Google Play Store“.

5. Select “Clear cache“.

6. Back out of the screen and select “Download Manager” (May also be listed as “Downloads”).

Select “Clear data“.

Also clear data for “Google Services Framework“, “Google Apps“, “Google Hangouts“, and “Checkin Service“. Some users are reporting they had to clear data for the “Browser” and “Chrome” apps as well. You may not see all of these apps listed on your particular device.

I have top up my account, but still don’t see it on my YunGO account balance?

There could be some issues in connections with Play Google or Itunes and payment may not hit your YunGO account.

In case of Google, please send your mobile number and full payment details, including payment id which starts from GPA.XXXXXXXXXXXX to [email protected] and we will process the payment manually after checking the validity of provided information.

In case of iTunes. Please contact Apple support as developers can not impact on payments at all.

One way audio

If you are facing issue with one way audio, please follow steps below:

  1. Log out from Application (not exit or close) and login again
  2. Change your Internet connection as some Internet service providers may block audio in their network
  3. Make a test call
  4. Contact us via email [email protected] sending your mobile number if issue is still  actual.
