Virtual Numbers

Virtual numbers, also known as DID or access numbers, are telephone numbers without a directly associated telephone line. Usually these numbers are programmed to forward incoming calls to one of the pre-set telephone numbers chosen by the client; Mobile, VoIP or Fixed.

Virtual Numbers

DID stands for – Direct Inward Dialing is a feature offered by us for use with customers’ PBX system, whereby the telephone company (telco) allocates a range of telephone numbers associated with one or more phone lines. Virtual numbers allows a company to assign a personal number to each employee, without requiring a separate physical phone line, for each, to connect to the PBX or individuals to be closer to family while traveling or working abroad. In YunGO we have implemented this feature to be available and useful for retail clients to have benefits of corporate features. Easy to use and configure feature is now available for everyone.

Please note that in some countries Virtual Number requires registration process. More details about Virtual numbers registration and activation can be found here.
